This is how my feedback sounds like:
"Actual Departure time from PEN: 1745.
Delayed to 2110. At 2010 i was already outside Gate 9A waiting to board the plane. Then at 2100, an announcement was made to notify that the boarding time will be extended to 2155.
All together a total of 4 hours and 10 Minutes of delayed time.
Which is more than the said 2 hours delays. Thus I would like to claim the compensation for the delay. Thank you."
